Saya berhasrat sangat nak seru segelintir doktor kat luar sane .. sbb banyak dah saya dengar and saya saksikan sendiri betapa tak bertanggungjawabnye kamu.. missed diagnose, tak complete tanye history then bagi drug yang tak sepatotnye.. saya taw statistik pon dah tunjuk ramai mati sebab salah bagi ubat.. tapi boleh kan kite sedaya upaya elak? what if it is our family?

saya tak taw nak luah kat sape, betapa sakitnye hati saya ni.. logik ke bile, my mother in law, datang dengan symptom typical angina kat you private.. then what? 'mak cik cume penat je, banyak rehat ye'.. 'terlalu membantu la'.. datang dengan SOB, chest pain,palpitation,sweating, reduce effort tolerence.. tak leh ke refer kalau tak de alat nak confirm diagnosis? attitude ape la awak ni? walau selalu hospital kerajaan orang kate lambat, tapi tu lebih baik sebenarnye.. anta g A&E memang dia suspect jantung tersumbat.. ACS..tak pe la... tak teruk lagi.. bernyawa lagi..

TRUST! so kenapa fikir semua kes senang and simple? selsema je bagi antibiotic, common la.. selsema kan selalu disebabkan virus, bukan bacteria.. bagi antibiotic kat diorang sangat tak wajar.. resistance la patient tu nanti.. tu simple la.. 'tak pe, resistance je pon.. bagi la antibiotic lain..'
lagi, nape patient datang jumpe kamu DOKTOR kat private, datang dengan non healing ulcer in the mouth more than 1 month and then you cakap 'oh tak de pape, ulcer biasa je.. saye bagi ubat ye' .. lagi sekali nak tekankan, taw tak patient ni, TRUST! sebab tu la, dekat kuliah dengar elok2, kat wad clerk patient hati2.. sebab ni la.. benda simple je, semua orang pon taw kalau ada ulcer kat mulut more than 2 weeks kena cek betul2 sebab kite memang akan suspect cancer.. now after 4 months.. sedih sangat tengok keadaan patient.. she just 38 years old.. kanser lidah, dah merebak ke lymph nodes.. lepas surgery tengok dia kesian sangat.. dengan tracheostomy, glossectomy, neck dissection.. so sad.. yang ni hampir jugak la hilang nyawa.. tapi masih bernyawa.. tak pe..
abis, yang patient datang dengan sakit kat pundi kencing mase urinate.. you cakap dia cume ada batu kat dalam pundi kencing, kecik je.. padahal, dia jumpe kat A&E and do ultrasound 2 days after that.. then it is bladder cancer, its big and already 1/3 of the bladder.. this all thing happens because you think all case are simple and straight forward.. no.. it is not! 100 people see you with stone, 1 patient may not!
doktor saye penah cite, sebab tak tanye history betol2, patient tu rupenye ada childhood asthma , then doktor bius bagi patient ni ubat bius yang contraindicated untuk patient asthma.. then, bronchospasm and memang rigid chest wall dia.. tak leh intubate.. patient end up dengan cerebral palsy.. hurmmm.. sedih sangat dengar sebab kalau la itu ibu kite..
byk lagi saya taw pasal doktor yang negligence ni.. sampai hati rosakkan kepercayaan pesakit.. patient serahkan semua pada doktor untuk buat keputusan.. doktor please dont take it for granted.. do examination properly..

malas dah nak cakap.. cume tolong la grad dengan jadi doktor yang selamat.. life is learning process, I dont expect high, it just everyone has their limitation.. please ask if you not sure, please refer..
p/s- I still respect doctor.. whatever they did.. I still trust you because I have no choice.. and because there are still a lot of doctors out there which are very excellent.. its just, some of them,its so frustrated..

same goes to my mother..g hospital serdang hospital pakar jantung,check2 dia kate clear..mak punya lah gembira,bagitau kat aku wat solat syukur..ak lg la gmbira..sebelum g tu dia punyalah risau,suh aku wat solat hajat..last2,3month later mak ak meniggal sbb doktor kte ad MI..wlaumcmanepun,mmg ajal..BUt dctor tak boleh cuai..
hurmm.. betul la ajal, tapi memang tak suke doktor yg sekadar nk grad cepat.. pastu ape pon tak boleh... niway, takziah.. doa anak soleh sampai
