Rubber dam

I have difficulty on applying rubber dam before this. Tomorrow will be a root canal treatment for my second patient. So I have to learn carefully, just dont want make my patient suffer. What a unlucky day. Hopefully tomorrow gonna be alright. Come on! Its all about my requirement, just bear with it. Treat my patient well yeah. So, let's enjoy doing it tomorrow. go go fighting!

Indications

• Firstly, it provides an aseptic operating field, isolating the tooth from oral and salivary contamination. It cannot be stressed enough that contamination of the root canal with saliva introduces new microorganisms to the root canal which may prolong treatment and reduce prognosis.
• Secondly, rubber dam facilitates the use of the strong medicaments necessary to clean the root canal system.
• Finally, it protects the patient from the inhalation or ingestion of endodontic instruments

Merpati dua sejoli..

Saya tak de ape pon nak tulis.. cume pagi-pagi jumaat yang mulia ni, teringat pulak kat suamiku yang cute ni.. uhuk-uhuk.. ini namenye kangen banget!  kawan-kawan yang dah kawen duduk serumah ngan husband masing-masing.. saye?? jauhnye.. kutub utara kutub selatan ..

Sedihnye, dah la tak ada cuti.. nak harap cuti hujung minggu je.. tapi cuti tak sama, johor sabtu n ahad.. kelantan jumaat n sabtu.. saya mana ada cuti semester.. clinical year busy kot.. nanti raya ada la cuti seminggu, tapi kena collect data buat research pulak.. 

Untung saya dapat suami yang sabar dan faham dengan baik.. love you! tunggu ye farah abis belajar.. sekarang nih memang busy tahap ape ntah.. tiap hari hidup dengan patient saya je.. doakan farah pass exam and all requirement needed ok..  

p/s- kite kena kuatkan semangat.. kalau rase berat dada ni.. pape pon return to Allah.. semua ujian ada hikmah.. moga  Allah berkati hubungan ini... redha pada farah ye abang..  nak taw tak? farah ada magik.. tengok je gambar farah tiap hari.. nanti 'ting' sekelip mata je leh buat orang senyum..  boleh dah amalkan petua awet muda ni tiap hari.. hihi
